Rowing Technique and Stroke Rate – 30 Minutes

Learn the right stroke, then hold it at different rates

min

HexfitBy Hexfit

30 minutes in zones 1-2: stroke sequence drills, then a stroke rate ladder at 18, 20, 22 and 24 strokes per minute.

What's inside?

A session to build a clean, efficient rowing stroke. The drills break the movement down (legs only, legs and body, full stroke), then the rate ladder teaches you to keep the same technique as the rhythm climbs.
